These drinks were created as an upcycling initiative. We use seed ginger left from growing locally farmed ginger in Aisho. The non-alcoholic beer also uses local sake rice that could not be used for Hatasho, along with off-size intermediate rice from Aisho.

The non-alcoholic beer is dry rather than sweet, with a fresh ginger aroma and a clear note of hops.
The kombucha uses a gentler level of ginger so that children can enjoy it more easily.

We again invited artists to create the labels.

• This set contains one lightly sparkling and one still kombucha.
• Ginger Craft Beer: ¥550 including tax; Ginger Kombucha: ¥350 including tax.
• A portion of sales is returned to the participating artists.
