Genshu
For moments when you want sake with bold, full-bodied impact. Alcohol: 16% ABV.
Light
Bright, balanced acidity makes it an excellent partner for food. Light, clean, and easy-drinking. Alcohol: 15% ABV.
Brewed in Aisho, Shiga (formerly Hatasho), using Ginfubuki sake rice.
