The 2026 brew. An unpasteurized sake available only at this time of year. Its fresh aroma and clean finish make it refreshing even in warmer weather, while the palate still carries the savory richness of rice.

Brewed in Aisho, Shiga (formerly Hatasho), using Ginfubuki sake rice.
