Payment Timing: Credit card: Payment is finalized when the order is placed. Bank transfer: Please complete the transfer within seven days of making the reservation.
Delivery Timing: Standard products are shipped within five days after we receive the delivery request, excluding pre-order items. If your order has not arrived within five days of ordering, please contact us by telephone. For pre-order items, please check the delivery timing shown on the relevant product page.
Returns: Returns due to customer preference are generally not accepted. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within three days of delivery. We will provide instructions for the return process.
